Practice

You know that spaced practice is far better than mass practice. Students should be practicing small amounts over time on current learning and some past learning. Students can explain their thinking in videos, audio recordings, drawings, pictures, short assessments, and the like.  Consider a station work mentality to your online class where students can engage with the content in different ways and demonstrate their learning in different ways.

Collaborate With Your Team

Perhaps most important in planning consistent and valuable feedback is to continue to mark out time for team collaboration. Make meetings a priority. Bring student work to the table, and continue to use student work to guide instruction.
